Convenient payments, but protection could be clearer

I have used PayPal because I believed it offered extra protection when shopping online. Recently, I had an issue with an item that was not as described, and although the seller agreed to refund me, I found the dispute process confusing and was disappointed that my claim was not covered. I still appreciate the convenience and security of making payments through PayPal, but I think the buyer protection process could be clearer for customers. Reviewed on: 12th July 2026

PayPal Upgrades to service appreciated.

In a previous survey I expressed that I would like the option of being able to use PayPal for other purchases i.e. not online, and now the ability to do so is available, so I can use PayPal and get reward points, very pleased with the additional PayPal access. Reviewed on: 12th July 2026

Pay in 3 - the easiest way to spread costs!

I almost always use Pay in 3 for my online purchases. It's fast, convenient and really helps balance your finances, especially when money is tight and you NEED the latest 'must have' item.
