I use PayPal whenever I can.

Reliable, trustworthy and easy to use

I've used Paypal for years and done so with great confidence. It's the original safe and easy way to pay. I've seldom needed to test it for disputes with sellers, but whenever I have, I've received a fast, excellent resolution. And if something beyond my control has gone wrong, Paypal is so fast to notify and put things right. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

A company for the customer.

1)Cyber security very good and protective of the customer. Account has been hacked in the past and PayPal spotted and acted extremely rapidly. 2) PayPal pay in three instalments is very valid and useful at a time of high costs to the public. Expensive items can be more affordable without a ridiculous %APR being charged. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

User-friendly and straightforward!

In my experience, i’ve found this service to be very user-friendly and straightforward to use. The payments are split evenly in 3 and are taken exactly on the day with no interest charges or hidden complications.. truthfully the only pay in 3 service i use. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

I am disappointed that my Pay in 3 option was remove...

I am disappointed that my Pay in 3 option was removed due to circumstances outside of my control. My bank account was temporarily frozen because of fraud, and I informed PayPal of the situation. Once the issue was resolved, I made every effort to bring my payments up to date immediately. Despite this, my Pay in 3 facility was removed, and I have been unable to get a clear explanation or resolution from customer service. As a regular user of Pay in 3, I feel this was unfair and I am very dissatisfied with the support I received. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
