I use PayPal a lot and have never had a problem they have even settled disputes and got my money back I feel safe using PayPal my money is safe to Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Long-time PayPal User

PayPal is a great payment alternative to giving out bank details or for online shopping. PayPal's pay in three service is incredibly helpful for big purchases that I don't wish to put on a credit card. However, although PayPal have great online support, it should be easier to talk to a person should it be needed. Alongside this, better cyber security options are sorely needed in this ever-increasingly digital world. My banking provider is offering more than PayPal does in this area now, and I think PayPal could set themselves apart if this was a stronger focus. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
