Unfriendly, inaccessible service

I've always found PayPal really difficult to get through security measureds/passwords that I often don't bother to use it. I also once felt i was robbed through an Ebay sale via PayPal when a book I sold was delived to a buyer who claimed it arrived damaged in the mail and awarded them a full refund without much investigation. I was left with no money from the sale and no book in return. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

I like things as simple as possible!

Peace of mind.

I have always opted to pay by paypal. Never a second thought. I just feel so protected. When it comes my bank cards I just feel like they have my back. Security for me is paramount. As I said I just automatically hit the Paypal option. It gives me that assurance. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

Has been my go-to digital wallet and online payment system since it was first introduced in the UK in 2003. Very user-friendly, great communication and customer service. PayPal has never let me down and I am reassured that in using PayPal for my many numerous online transactions, the transaction is safe and secure. When I have experienced issues, these have been resolved promptly and positively. I will not look to switch to any of it's competitors - there is simply no need. PayPal provided everything, and more, that a customer could ever wish for. The continued improvements / developments of its system clearly has customers at the heart of its core values. I’ve had an excellent experience with PayPal Pay in 3. It’s made managing my purchases so much easier by allowing me to spread the cost over three interest-free payments without any hidden fees. The application process is quick, approvals are instant, and everything is clearly displayed in the PayPal app, making it easy to keep track of upcoming payments. I also love the flexibility it gives me when buying more expensive items without putting pressure on my monthly budget. Payments are always taken on time, I’ve never had any issues, and the whole experience feels secure and reliable. If you’re looking for a simple, transparent, and stress-free way to split your payments, I highly recommend PayPal Pay in 3. It’s one of the best buy now, pay later services I’ve used.
