PayPal is easy to use for all payments

Safety First 5 star service

Their money-back guarantee has caveats in the small...

Their money-back guarantee has caveats in the small print that you are unable to consider when ordering certain products. I once had to go to a great length to prove that a return reached the customer to get my money back after a long dispute. After many reassurances by the customer service team, I ended up without a product worth £1,000 and without a refund. I had to fight really hard to get my money back. Have been with paypal for years.

Have been with paypal for years. Any problems I have had they have resolved quickly and efficiently. There customer service is spot on. They have always been friendly, polite and accommodating.
