Never had a problem, great service!

I have used paypal for years and never had a problem. Its easy to retrieve transfers and the ability to pay in 3 has meant financial flexibility for me. Fantastic service and very secure. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

An easy way to make and receive payments

Paypal treated me like a pal.

When I started using PayPal, years ago, I was very uncertain as I had never used a service like this before. When I encountered an issue, whilst using the service, my deepest fears came to the fore. However, the operator on the line was so professional and helpful, that they eased my anxiety, solved my problem and reassured me that their help is only a phone call or an email away. Highly recommend PayPal.

I have used PayPal for quite a few years now and always find it easy to use with great customer service, the online support is excellent and very reassuring, with updates on any policy changes easy to understand I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved to my satisfaction.
