Perfect Pet made understanding insurance easy!

At first I found looking for pet insurance very confusing. There were so many to choose from and I didn't understand most of the jargon. I was looking for cover for my dachsund, so that any future issues she may have could be covered. I had a dachshund as a child who was not insured and she had to be put down because we could not afford the surgery! I did not want this to happen to my current dachshund! I found perfect pet through compare the market. I was very pleased they offered such a good deal and decided to go with them as they made understanding the details so easy. Thank you! Fantastic customer service

I'm a new customer having just signed up yesterday. Both customer service advisors I spoke with were fantastic having had some issues with making payment online. Super quick to get through on the phone and the team were great at building rapport, answering all questions and anticipating any ones which might not have been covered.
