Great value for money and easy process

Avoid at all costs uncaring and unhelpful,

Unhelpful, difficult to get any information out of, will use anything to avoid paying out, AVOID AS MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE. I have insured my pet with 3 different companies over her 11 years and this is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. My vets have fully supported my claim but I’m left out of pocket due to Perfect Pets trying to use a previous completely unrelated claim of a case of a UTI in order not to pay out for tests on vomitting and diarrhoea where E-Coli was found to be present. I appealed against their decision but they won’t even discuss the issue with me it’s all boiler plate emails or letters. In their latest letter they tell me if I don’t agree with their decision I now need to go the Financial Ombudsman which I will now do while sharing my thoughts on every review site I can. Save yourself any pain and pay the extra to go with a company that cares about animals and their clients rather than taking your money and hiding behind a keyboard. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024

Very easy to get a quote all options provided with a self explanatory breakdown of what is provided/covered and a 15% discount for multi-ports insured at the same time (I have insured 2 dogs) Reviewed on: 7th August 2024
