Reliable honest and efficient.

I have never had to worry about whether a claim for one of my poorly cats will be honoured. Petplan has a brilliant online claims form that makes starting a claim an easy and quick process. Once submitted Petplan deals directly with my vets to ensure the correct information is passed on. All paperwork easily details excess amounts and any restrictions placed on the policies. I have absolute peace of mind when one of my pets is poorly that Petplan will be there for us! Reviewed on: 26th July 2022

Reliable pet insurance

I have been with Petplan for almost 9years. I have never had a claim refused. The customer service staff have always been kind, understanding & helpful. I do not have reason to look elsewhere. I have recommended them to family & friends too. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022

Anxiety free peace of mind

My dog, Toby, has needed veterinary help and advice on several occasions, mainly for a chronic condition. The fact that he insured with Petplan, and covered for life, is immensely reassuring, as they have, without quibbling, always paid my vet for his expertise. Vets fees can soon mount up, but I know that as long as I keep to my side of the bargain and pay my premium, that Petplan will keep to theirs, and look after Toby for the rest of his, hopefully, long life.
