There when you need them

Petplan were brilliant when my wee cat took I’ll. The online system worked really smoothly and when I had an inquiry after my cat had to be put down the staff member who took the call was was very considerate and very helpful and knowledgeable. Petplan appear very aware of the specialised treatments and care that cats need, and the comprehensive nature of their lifetime insurance scheme addresses virtually everything you'd expect to be covered - including things you wouldn't think of, such as feline behavioural issues.
