Absolutely outstanding

I am beyond impressed with the app Plum. The concept is brilliant, it works efficiently and has really helped my save without even noticing! The daily updates of my personal finances are very helpful also. It is easy to deposit money and withdraw money with a few clicks! Plum's saving pots and automatic saving rules have really helped me get on top of my savings. Setting goals and seeing progress is great. You set it up once then just let it run, don't have to to think about it and then the savings just magically add up Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Saving made easy

The Plum app makes it so simple for me to save, from the round-up a £ function, to pay-day saving and the safe to save function. I just love it! I’m always happily surprised by how much is in there and this allows me to have holidays, trips and treats when I want. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Cant give a ZERO wish I could. Absolutely shocking company, I made a withdrawl from my savings of just over 3k on the 1st Jan, since then I have got £1600 of it but £1400 is on the missing list and the customer support is shocking they raised a tech support ticket and just went quite on me and kept saying the same thing that it is all in hand! Its been 20 days since I made the withdrawal so I made a complaint, now looks I am waiting up to a max of 7 weeks until they have to respond to my complaint and the support chat dont even respond to my requests now. Plum is great at making saving money easy & hassle free - simply link your bank account, set your savings appetite and forget about it. The app makes it easy to start investing as a beginner - using the splitter to automatically deposit money across any of your accounts. The selection of funds and stocks, gives a wide variety of options depending on risk appetite or interests. Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

Not a great experience

I used plum for a few months, set up some savings and investing rules which worked great. When it came to withdraw money, first time I waited for 2 weeks, only to find the transaction had failed without any notification so had to start again, Now second attempt, waiting nearly another 2 weeks, and all my balances have gone to zero and I never got any funds back so thats potentially over £1000 gone.
