Suspended my account for no reason just the day befo...

Suspended my account for no reason just the day before my wages went in so I had no access to them. Once the suspended ur account you cannot speak to anyone on live chat so you just get a gernetic email which they do not reply to. I sent all they asked for. 2 weeks gave past. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am a single mum of two children who is desperate to sort her account due the negative affects this is having to mine and my childrens life's then today POCKIT have told me if you send more than one email they class this as SPAM.. Please avoid yourself this Heartache and stress this bank really doesn't care. I have asked my email be changed this was not done, so now they say my reviews are fake. I can see there's endless people having these problems. I have asked my account either be unlocked or closed and funds immediately be transferred to another account. I have also spoken to the financial Ombudsman and also the FCA and provided them with all the evidence to support my complaint. They are extremely keen to hear from people in the same position. I have tried to contact pockit for over two weeks sent approximately 58 ticket requests in excess of 79 chat messages and also in excess of 51 emails. To have no response..... I have explained in detail my situation. They have all the information they requested this has been sent on three separate occasions. They have also authorised my benefits payment. So clearly they are still accepting payments. I have been recommended to continue emailing etc and the two separate investigation departments will honour my complaint Maybe by writing this they might sort this out. I have also been advised to share this to as many platforms as possible in order to make people aware. Reviewed on: 9th December 2022

Shocking Bereavement Team - Poor Customer Service

Trying to complete a bereavement process, every obstacle has been placed in the way, including excuses of fuzzy documents that every other bank seems to be able to read fine, to outright lies of not receiving emails. There is a very good reason they do not have a customer phone number, as they are able to control traffic in by ignoring communications. Reviewed on: 5th December 2022

I have been with the company around 5/6 yrs all of a sudden today they have closed my account with money in and denied it had money in their now thief’s as well please stay clear, there’s is no contact number or nothing, this company seems to forget that without customers there’s no company but they are getting rid of customers at a fast rate, please stay well away this company doesn’t deserve customers Reviewed on: 29th September 2022

Update, 9 months after my sons benefits were withheld by Pick- Pockits the Ombudsman has now forced them to agree to return the money to the Department of Work and Pensions (as if they would have sent money to the wrong person). Hopefully my son might get the money in time for next Xmas which is when they refused to allow him access to his account even though he is a vulnerable adult that they purport to help. However as yet three weeks after the Ombudsman phoned me to let me know nothing has been returned. This organisation is extremely difficult to deal with, long waits to get through to a human, close accounts without warning leaving people potentially in desperate financial need. What possible reason could there be to withhold benefits from a government department? AVOID at all costs they are either incompetent or willfuly negligent.! Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

Pockit had my account under review for a long time .Then claimed that they refunded the funds back to the sender which they didn't .They will ignore your messages and emails. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

terrible company avoid at all cost

where do i start with this company .... awful stay clear.freezing accounts with your money in ... no customer services so if you get any issues your on your own. my account was frozen with 1.5k in for weeks. i subimtted all id and it still wasnt enough. i have yet to get my money back !!
