Easy to use

It is very easy to use card. Loading money, contact less, having the app on my phone is very good I can load money quickly and check balance quickly. I like that it is not complicated like other cards I have had before. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

No customer services, very poor

Took 2 payments from my bank account and only credited my pockit card with one, havent replied to my email and I have tried several times to call customer services only to be hung up on after 20 mins Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

Managing my money

I've had several credit cards in the past and what felt like freedom to me at the time was actually irresponsible spending of money I did not have. Since I have had my Pockit car, I have a much better overview of my spendings and it makes my life so much easier that I can top it up at most shops via Paypoint. I would definately recommend the Pockit card to anyone who as irresponsible as I am in spending their money. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

Quick to arrive and handy to have.

The card arrived very quickly within two days of ordering in fact. A promotional credit was placed on the account as agreed. The card has proved to very handy and the app is useful on the go. I have successfully used the card to make payment online. I would recommend the Pockit card to others. Verry happy. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

If only using my bank was as easy as Pockit

I signed up, received my card, loaded cash and was using my card within a few clicks and less than 5 days. If only using my bank was as easy as Pockit!! I just CAN NOT fault these guys, from txt messages with money is loaded and ready to a really useful app. Two months in i'm totally impressed. The only thing i haven't tried is the customer support, my assumption and hope is that it's of the same high standard as everything else. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

Handy prepaid card but loading funds is a bit hit and miss

I got this card because it is handy to save money for special occasions instead of the supermarket savings schemes, unlike the supermarket schemes you can use this card in any store. Applying and setting up the card was quick and simple, as was registering the card on arrival. The problems started when trying to load my card by transferring funds from y card on the pockit website, this does not work, fails everytime so I set up a bank transfer from my banks web site and this does work, sort of, the first 2 payments went through with no problems however the third went through, I received an email notifying me that the funds had cleared but when checking my balance, the funds were not showing, I had to email customer services several times and email the service provider that pockit use before the problem was resolved. This is not an isolated incident, there are many users on various forums that complain of this problem. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

Perfect Pockit

I shop online a lot and since I've been using more international sites, I've been concerned with the security of my card information. If my account got scammed, it would cause major problems, as like most people, I have bills to pay and I couldn't risk losing my money. I decided to get a Pockit account after looking on some comparison websites and seeing favourable reviews. Signing up took a couple of minutes and my card came in just a few days, way under the estimated delivery time. I downloaded the Pockit app as well and started spending straight away. It really couldn't be simpler to use. Transferring money in takes seconds, using the card is no different to using my normal card and the app allows me to keep on top of everything at a glance. Even refunds just get paid back on to the card with no hassle. Pocket is all I will use online now, and it gives me the security that my regular account is safe from fraudsters.
