Slow entry of money

Balance not updating

Easy to use

It is very easy to use card. Loading money, contact less, having the app on my phone is very good I can load money quickly and check balance quickly. I like that it is not complicated like other cards I have had before. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

No customer services, very poor

Took 2 payments from my bank account and only credited my pockit card with one, havent replied to my email and I have tried several times to call customer services only to be hung up on after 20 mins Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

Managing my money

I've had several credit cards in the past and what felt like freedom to me at the time was actually irresponsible spending of money I did not have. Since I have had my Pockit car, I have a much better overview of my spendings and it makes my life so much easier that I can top it up at most shops via Paypoint. I would definately recommend the Pockit card to anyone who as irresponsible as I am in spending their money. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

Quick to arrive and handy to have.

The card arrived very quickly within two days of ordering in fact. A promotional credit was placed on the account as agreed. The card has proved to very handy and the app is useful on the go. I have successfully used the card to make payment online. I would recommend the Pockit card to others. Verry happy. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

If only using my bank was as easy as Pockit

I signed up, received my card, loaded cash and was using my card within a few clicks and less than 5 days. If only using my bank was as easy as Pockit!! I just CAN NOT fault these guys, from txt messages with money is loaded and ready to a really useful app. Two months in i'm totally impressed. The only thing i haven't tried is the customer support, my assumption and hope is that it's of the same high standard as everything else. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016
