They stole 400 pounds

1
I still have not received my 400 pounds my husband transferred almost two weeks ago. At last I could get in touch with them after 11 days of calling and e-mailing them, but now they keep asking for documents and making excuses. First they asked for my passport, utility bill and screenshot of the transfer from my husband's account, plus an explanation on why he was transferring the money. I sent everything. Then, they said they could not accept my "Welcome to Thames Water" as a bill (which has been accepted EVERYWHERE, including NHS and HSBC), so I sent them a Council Tax Bill which I had luckily received yesterday. But then, they said they could not accept a scan, they needed a photo. So I sent the photo. And now they say they need the photo of the original bank recepit of the transfer, not the screenshot of my husband's account, which is a document we don't have because it doesn't exist! It's sounding like a joke and a fraud by now... Reviewed on: 26th October 2016

I've loaded 300 pounds into my wife's pockit card but it hasn't arrived after 20 days

1
I had a awful first experience with pockit when they refused to load money into my wife's pockit card since she could not provide proof of address when she first asked for a card. After a while they gave me my money back. As soon as my wife and I received our first utility bill whe could provide proof of address and we thought we would be able to use pockit regularly this time. Well, I sent 300 pounds to my wife's pockit card on October 6th (20 days ago) and it has never been loaded to my wife's card. And they have never contacted us to say that there is something wrong, or to request another document, or even to say they would be sending me my money back. So, my question is: where is my money? I'd like to see it loaded to my wife's pockit card or back to my bank account plus interest since pockit.com is holding my money for 20 days now. I have been reading several reviews and it seems they have been doing the same to several customers. Something has to change. This is not fair. Reviewed on: 25th October 2016

Pockit stole my money

1
It's been over a month since my wage went into my pockit account and I still haven't got it. Initially they told me that is because I didn't upgrade my account. So I upgraded the account, sent them my payslip and a contract of employment but then they said cause it's over £700 they can give it to me. So I requested them to send it back to my work they said it was gonna take 10 days and it's been a month. I am a single parent and I have got kids. I worked and didn't see none of my money. I keep having to borrow money of my friends to look after myself and my kids. I keep calling them but no respond they are not picking up and if they do they keep telling me give it a few days. I had to make a complain through FCA cause they shouldn't be allowed to trade. The way they operate is really disgusting. I feel like they used my money that's why I still haven't got it. STAY AWAY from them. Reviewed on: 24th October 2016

Extremely awful customer service

1
My bank transfer has not cleared in a week and they won't answer the phone or emails. I am extremely worried, it was £400 my husband had transferred so I could have cash for the next few months for groceries, transport and everything. We are both students, it's A LOT of money...
