Easy to use reliable

Pockit stole my money

It's been over a month since my wage went into my pockit account and I still haven't got it. Initially they told me that is because I didn't upgrade my account. So I upgraded the account, sent them my payslip and a contract of employment but then they said cause it's over £700 they can give it to me. So I requested them to send it back to my work they said it was gonna take 10 days and it's been a month. I am a single parent and I have got kids. I worked and didn't see none of my money. I keep having to borrow money of my friends to look after myself and my kids. I keep calling them but no respond they are not picking up and if they do they keep telling me give it a few days. I had to make a complain through FCA cause they shouldn't be allowed to trade. The way they operate is really disgusting. I feel like they used my money that's why I still haven't got it. Extremely awful customer service

My bank transfer has not cleared in a week and they won't answer the phone or emails. I am extremely worried, it was £400 my husband had transferred so I could have cash for the next few months for groceries, transport and everything. We are both students, it's A LOT of money... Fantastic

I couldn't ask for a better card to start saving for a holiday, saves having to go to the bank to open up another account and I can use it on holiday as and when i like and top it up when I see fit to. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2016

Not to be trusted

For the last 5 days their system is not working, you cannot use paypoint at all with them. People are complaining on their facebook page but the comments are being deleted. This week review site like this have been flooded with what are suspicious reviews that look more like adverts. No update as to when people are able to use their card again. Would not trust them with monoploy money now. Which is a shame as for about 2 years I have used them with no problems. But something major is wrong with the company. People reporting not being able to get through on the phone, no emails being responded to, then when they complain their complaints are deleted and many suspicious 5 star reviews popping up everywhere. GREAT CARD

Maybe not charge £1 per load and reduce this. Also not charge pending charges, as these should not go through but overall a useful card when I need it. Mostly use it online. Your doing a great job Reviewed on: 19th October 2016

Bordering On Fraud

I used Pockit for 6 months without any problems. Then last week my Prepaid Credit Card was refused 3 times even though I had plenty of money into my account to cover transactions. I was too late to stop my monthly SO transferring money to this account. Contacting Pockit is a nightmare. Emails are unanswered or contain bland uninformative responses. Phone calls go unanswered. At the same time I was blocked from taking money out, my SO never arrived in my account (and has not done so after 5 days even though my Bank is the same as the one they use). I have reported this to the police (ActionFraud) and my bank (who assure me the SO was paid in. Today I managed to get them on the phone. They told me my card had been stopped because of suspected fraudulent activity. They apparently never thought to inform me and could not tell me when or where this activity had taken place. They did not know what had happened to my SO. When I logged back in, the link to take money out was working, but I could not use it because my account balance had been reduced to zero though my online statement shows £70. I have a card that does not work, money that has vanished from my account, and a SO payment that has also vanished. One final point. I posted this on Facebook and was in the middle of helping two users with similar problems when all my posts were deleted and I can no longer post to Pockit's page. Only Facebook could have done this. It is interesting that this huge organisation will support its advertisers without checking the veracity of complaints. Update: - My problem has now been resolved (speedily) after I emailed [email protected] These are the people who licence Pockit.
