Perfect Pockit

5
I shop online a lot and since I've been using more international sites, I've been concerned with the security of my card information. If my account got scammed, it would cause major problems, as like most people, I have bills to pay and I couldn't risk losing my money. I decided to get a Pockit account after looking on some comparison websites and seeing favourable reviews. Signing up took a couple of minutes and my card came in just a few days, way under the estimated delivery time. I downloaded the Pockit app as well and started spending straight away. It really couldn't be simpler to use. Transferring money in takes seconds, using the card is no different to using my normal card and the app allows me to keep on top of everything at a glance. Even refunds just get paid back on to the card with no hassle. Pocket is all I will use online now, and it gives me the security that my regular account is safe from fraudsters. They stole 400 pounds

1
I still have not received my 400 pounds my husband transferred almost two weeks ago. At last I could get in touch with them after 11 days of calling and e-mailing them, but now they keep asking for documents and making excuses. First they asked for my passport, utility bill and screenshot of the transfer from my husband's account, plus an explanation on why he was transferring the money. I sent everything. Then, they said they could not accept my "Welcome to Thames Water" as a bill (which has been accepted EVERYWHERE, including NHS and HSBC), so I sent them a Council Tax Bill which I had luckily received yesterday. But then, they said they could not accept a scan, they needed a photo. So I sent the photo. And now they say they need the photo of the original bank recepit of the transfer, not the screenshot of my husband's account, which is a document we don't have because it doesn't exist! It's sounding like a joke and a fraud by now... Reviewed on: 26th October 2016

I've loaded 300 pounds into my wife's pockit card but it hasn't arrived after 20 days

1
I had a awful first experience with pockit when they refused to load money into my wife's pockit card since she could not provide proof of address when she first asked for a card. After a while they gave me my money back. As soon as my wife and I received our first utility bill whe could provide proof of address and we thought we would be able to use pockit regularly this time. Well, I sent 300 pounds to my wife's pockit card on October 6th (20 days ago) and it has never been loaded to my wife's card. And they have never contacted us to say that there is something wrong, or to request another document, or even to say they would be sending me my money back. So, my question is: where is my money? I'd like to see it loaded to my wife's pockit card or back to my bank account plus interest since pockit.com is holding my money for 20 days now. I have been reading several reviews and it seems they have been doing the same to several customers. Something has to change. This is not fair. Reviewed on: 25th October 2016
