Pockit stole my money

It's been over a month since my wage went into my pockit account and I still haven't got it. Initially they told me that is because I didn't upgrade my account. So I upgraded the account, sent them my payslip and a contract of employment but then they said cause it's over £700 they can give it to me. So I requested them to send it back to my work they said it was gonna take 10 days and it's been a month. I am a single parent and I have got kids. I worked and didn't see none of my money. I keep having to borrow money of my friends to look after myself and my kids. I keep calling them but no respond they are not picking up and if they do they keep telling me give it a few days. I had to make a complain through FCA cause they shouldn't be allowed to trade. The way they operate is really disgusting. I feel like they used my money that's why I still haven't got it. Extremely awful customer service

My bank transfer has not cleared in a week and they won't answer the phone or emails. I am extremely worried, it was £400 my husband had transferred so I could have cash for the next few months for groceries, transport and everything. We are both students, it's A LOT of money... I couldn't ask for a better card to start saving for a holiday, saves having to go to the bank to open up another account and I can use it on holiday as and when i like and top it up when I see fit to. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2016

Not to be trusted

For the last 5 days their system is not working, you cannot use paypoint at all with them. People are complaining on their facebook page but the comments are being deleted. This week review site like this have been flooded with what are suspicious reviews that look more like adverts. No update as to when people are able to use their card again. Would not trust them with monoploy money now. Which is a shame as for about 2 years I have used them with no problems. But something major is wrong with the company. People reporting not being able to get through on the phone, no emails being responded to, then when they complain their complaints are deleted and many suspicious 5 star reviews popping up everywhere.
