Very easy going costumer service, always helpful and happy to explain. Fast response to communication requests.

Makes car insurance easy. Buy the policy, send the info and all set. Online account very easy to navigate, but they never send annoying advertisement or marketing materials. Customer service

Last year was the first time I had used the Internet to get a quote for my car insurance, I used compare the market to get a quote. Was delighted to get one of the best quotes from policy expert saving me one hundred pounds less then my previous insurance. I renewed my car insurance this year and saved another ten pounds. Thankyou so much for the man at customer service for making it easy to pay my premiuns over the phone,I will be getting a quote for my house insurance when it is due.
