Very helpful

Helpful

I have only joined Policy Expert this year and have no experience in making a claim. However I did break down and couldn't access the breakdown number, but I had the office number to ask for assistance, this was outside normal office hours, and a very helpful lady put me directly through to the breakdown services. They were extremely pleasant too and recovered me back home. The only other policy offering breakdown as part of the policy was dreadful when put to the test. Cheap and quick

Really quick to process everything and really cheap for everything I needed and more. Saved around £400 on car insurance with a company I'd been with for 6 years, the couldn't match or give me the extra benefits I get with Policy expert, even switched my home insurance and Saved Reviewed on: 23rd September 2023

Cancelling policy

Asked for loads of information on driver details they are intent on cancelling you're policy once you're deposit is paid they are a cash grab.. cancelling my policy for a gap in cover where there is no where to disclose this info online. And I'm still awaiting to see there policy that says they can't insure a vechile that has more than 7days gap in cover.. why didn't they say that at the beginning then instead they go around d in circles woth bombarding information grabbing emails AVOID AT ALL COSTS PAY MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE Reviewed on: 22nd September 2023
