Recently took out a policy with policy expert plus, best quote on the market , all sorted out with no issues at all. Recently had an accident and all sorted out very quickly and efficiently by policy expert plus, will definitly be recomending them to freinds and family . Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

Terrible Service

This company cancelled my insurance based on my no claims being earnt with a previous vehicle, even though I gave them them this information when I purchased the insurance. Nobody contacted me by phone I just received an email saying my insurance was cancelled, just before I was due to commute to work. I called and was asked irrelevant questions about the reasons I sold my previous vehicle and why I wasn't insured for the two week period between selling my previous car and purchasing my new one. Obviously this was because I didn't have a car during that period. This seemed to be an issue and they wanted proof of this. I was told that they couldn't help me and I'd just have to go through the process again online. I would not recommend using this company as their policy's are not logical.
