Terrible Service

This company cancelled my insurance based on my no claims being earnt with a previous vehicle, even though I gave them them this information when I purchased the insurance. Nobody contacted me by phone I just received an email saying my insurance was cancelled, just before I was due to commute to work. I called and was asked irrelevant questions about the reasons I sold my previous vehicle and why I wasn't insured for the two week period between selling my previous car and purchasing my new one. Obviously this was because I didn't have a car during that period. This seemed to be an issue and they wanted proof of this. I was told that they couldn't help me and I'd just have to go through the process again online. I would not recommend using this company as their policy's are not logical. Great start.

Easy

Trouble free cover

The company are very easy to deal with and are very responsive to emails, pricing is competitive and customer service is spot on ,Haven't been able to pass an opinion on the claims process because happily haven't been in that position but overall a satisfied customer Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

Quick, easy and cheap!

The best insurers are the ones who give you the options to add and remove individual benefits and types of cover. Most people get certain things with their bank etc, so this resulted in the cheapest deal by far, without sacrificing important stuff like Protected No Claims. A really simple set up was a bonus.
