Sent round in circles

Tried to call and waited over 20 minutes without a response, a repeated message stated to try and change policy online and try the chat service. Waited for the chat service for 20 minutes, no reply, tried to change the policy online and it told me to to phone. An hour later and back where i started - rubbish service! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. There charges are unbelievable. Wait on phone for 56.34 minutes and were so rude, I had payout from an insurance claim and told them and they asked for a letter stating when they paid out and cant reduce my claim on my van until they got it, so i posted next day,, but denied ever receiving this letter... after 4 calls they still insist on not receiving it... now they cancelled my DD and had cheek to charge me £173.00 for dd and charges on top.. never again will i use this company Reviewed on: 4th April 2019

Sure Thing Car Insurance

Hi we had previously had so many Problems with a recent insurer we didn't know which way to turn until we renewed our Policy and switched to Sure Thing . Had to send a few Documents of proof then once done all was confirmed and went through easily without a load of stress ! Certainly Recomend Sure Thing Reviewed on: 25th August 2018
