Explains well in detail each step.

I was confused at first about high cost when insuring a new car on existing insurance. Then a call back from Sure Thing pointed out increase could be reduced by detucting a clause and cancelling admin fee helped me to continue with the company. Reviewed on: 31st July 2018

Fantastic customer services

I had a very informative chat to a member of customer services 3yrs sho who explained very patiently everything I needed to know.
