Great Insurance

Great customer services and prices, what's not to love.

Have been using Policy Expert for a few years now and they can't be beaten for value for money, easy to use online services and real people on the end of the phone. It's nice not to have to swap and change. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

My house flood

They were extremely helpful at this most traumatic time for me,my house was ruined upstairs and down and I was at the end of my tether,they were very prompt with sending two assessors out who both agreed it was the worst flood they’d ever seen..the one assessor popped here on a regular basis checking to see how the house was drying out and also gave me a few supportive words each time helping me to think that it could all be sorted over time..I obviously insured my house again when due for renewal and will continue to as the price is very reasonable and I’m now insured for any accident possible seen as I’m an unlucky person in general..hopefully il never need to claim again please god but at least I can rest assured knowing that they are very helpful and don’t mess you about. Easy to join

I found this insurance policy through a comparison site. It's half the price of renewing with my existing insurance company and provides better cover. The whole process of taking out the policy was very easy and the website is easy to understand. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Beats comparison sites

Beats the top 3 comparison sites every year for me (like 4 like basis), if not on the renewal quote, following a short call. Been with them now at current address for over 6 years. Can't fault them. And no, they've not paid me to say this! Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
