Friendly, competitive and always happy to help

Been with policy expert since living in our house 6 years, never a problem, one year we were going to go elsewhere due to them not including emergency cover in the price as they had done previously but after a quick phonecall this was quickly sorted, wasn't too much trouble for them and made up feel that they are willing to keep customers happy!
