Excellent value

Not had to claim, but the cover is excellent, including many areas that you would have to pay extra for with many other insurers. Expected a substantial jump on premium on second year renewal but that was not the case. Overall an absolute winner Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Great customer service

I’ve been with Policy Expert for my home insurance for two years running. I’ve found them to be really competitive on price, but most importantly really friendly on the phone. To be able to speak to a friendly customer advisor who understands your needs as a consumer is much more important to me for a bigger purchase when wanting to have protection in place should the unthinkable happen.
