I have used them couple times

Good value cover

When the Chips are down, don't rely on Policy Expert

When the Water Board tell you you have a leak and give you 30 days to fix it and don't help you find the leak, you ring them up three times and they say" Go through your House Insurance, that's what it's there for" ?Your turn desperately to your insurer. (Policy Expert) and they refuse to help" Because the leak can't be seen!"! Not what their Policy wording says! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Great hassle free home insurance

I was recommended Policy Expert when I bought my current home four years ago, I have to say it’s value for money, hassle free service and great coverage. I’m not one to utilise insurance unless it’s fit a major claim or at least one that justifies making one and when I did make a justified claim it was dealt with speedily, hassle free and the outcome was exactly what I neeeded.
