Dreadful company

My water cylinder started leaking 4 days into my policy starting. Even though I have had continuous cover with different insurers for over 21 years , Policy Expert refused to put my claim through because I hadn’t had my insurance with them for 7 days. The small print says ‘ We will not cover any claims which arise within the first seven days after the start date of this insurance, unless you held equivalent insurance immediately before the start of this policy.’ Reviewed on: 10th September 2021
