Shopped online for home insurance renewal quites. Went on comparison sites and Policy Expert were offering me the best deal. I had a few questions/matters which I needed further clarification for and the gentleman on the phone took his time to go through these prior to arranging a quick payment, along with all relevant documentation attached via email.
