Very helpful staff. It was a treat to speak to an agent at Policy Expert rather than completing endless e-forms. No claim? Then, no true experience!

Everyone knows that the only review worth its salt is after you have to lodge a claim and how that claim is dealt with. Of course, no-one wants that experience, so the only reviewers that truly count are those that have gone through the claims process.
