The Expert name seems to fit

Just moved house, was expecting horror premiums moving from rural Wales to a town centre in Nottinghamshire. And some quotes were, but not Policy Expert. They offered everything I wanted at a very reasonable price. Process of online application was very straight-forward and email communication fast and efficient. So far, excellent!

I only took out insurance with this company this year but am very impressed so far. The website was simple to use and the policy was far cheaper than my previous insurer. I did contact them by phone as I thought I'd made a mistake in my form. They were so helpful, prompt at answering the call and so helpful. I hadn't made a mistake after all. Second year with this excellent company

Excellent to deal with. Had to cancel policy when moved house and they were very helpful. Got a refund for partial use of policy. Always come up as very competitive and felt happy to pick them again. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Not had to make a claim yet

Website concise and easy to use. Value for money. Have purchased home and contents insurance and as yet have not needed to claim and hopefully fingers crossed I won't need to. I am confident that they would be helpful and understanding and sort out any claims quickly and promptly on looking at others feedback. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021
