Cover I needed at a much better premium than existing insurer.

Fantastic!

We have just bought a new house and are moving next week. We had insurance with policy expert with the old house and we wanted to stick with them for the new place. We called up and they talked us through the whole process and ensured that both the old and new house were covered from completion to exchange and they will automatically end our old home coverage the day after completion. Quick professional and suitable

My policy quote was handled by a very experienced member of staff who upsold other policies in addition to the one I was purchasing for building and contents insurance. The call handler had good product knowledge and advised me accordingly whilst maintaining a polite and friendly manner.
