I've only been with this company a very short while and their agents on the phone are very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helful.

I've literally just put the phone down to one of your call agents as I had to enquire about a claim. They were excellent is every way as I felt guilty making a claim after such a short while being insured by yourselves. Reviewed on: 18th July 2019

Best value Home Insurance

It's fine

When I renewed they took an item away from the policy. When I rang up to add it back they tried to sell me a load of extras. Annoying, but they didn't push it when I said no. Reviewed on: 9th July 2019
