Compared others but PE still cheapest & best

I'd considered a Policy Expert policy previously with an independent quotation but I always like to shop around to ensure I'm getting a good deal compared to other insurers. In the end, Policy Expert were able to beat most quotes in terms of price when run through a comparison website and beat all of my other quotes when spread over 12 monthly payments.
