Excellent knowledgeable customer services

First time I’ve ever bought house insurance and I therefore had lots of questions. The staff were more than happy to help, were patient and at no time appeared to be in a rush to move to the next caller. They took a genuine interest in my new house and also gave me options with regards to making the policy cheaper if I wanted to. There was now pressure at all to buy anything or a particular policy. Great product with an even better price
