Great Customer Service

This is my second year with Policy Expert, I have been in contact with customer services and they have been very professional and polite. There renewal quote was very competitive not like some other company's that try to rip you off on renewal, Thanks Policy Expert Reviewed on: 26th May 2018

Excellent service and policy

My reasons for choosing Policy Expert were the cover provided and great value for money. The standard cover is excellent and suits my needs for home insurance. I am particularly happy with their offer of a fixed price premium over 2 years (only a small interest fee added), which enabled me to renew my policy with them at a highly competitive price. Buying the Policy online via a popular comparison site was very straightforward and easy. When calling customer service the call was answered almost staight away and staff were friendly and helpful and also willing to negotiate on the cover of my continuing policy to suit my needs without adding cost. The monthly email news letters with helpful seasonal advice are a welcome feature. Reviewed on: 24th May 2018

Comprehensive , competitive and clear.
