Was so friendly and helpful

I made the mistake of buying 2 insurance policies ... one being an automatic renew from yourselves... I tried to cancel the admiral policy as yours was actually cheaper but they wouldn’t let me without a £25 fee (even though it was within the cooling off period) however you did- and was lovely both times I rang- I shall defiantly call the next policy I need. Brilliant value and fantastic cover

The cheapest quote around, easy to set up and covers more than enough for our needs on home insurance. Even the option to pay monthly. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 19th March 2018

Customer for a few years.

Fortunately I have not had to claim yet. People who have made a claim are the only ones who can make a useful contribution to a review of insurance. What was their experience, was everything covered as expected, how long before they received payment, etc. Reviewed on: 19th March 2018

Helpful Staff

The staff were always helpful & polite but when i 1st registered a claim i did feel it was very automated. I know they have a script to follow & forms to fill in but if the questions or responses did not fit then they did seem a bit lost. I was misadvised regarding my policy having Home Emergency cover (i was told it didn't when in fact it did) which resulted in a further phone call & delays in having my problem solved. Best value home insurance

Great value insurance as comes with home emergency cover. Been with this company on and off for a few years - and usually beats the competitors on comparison sites. Whilst I've never needed to claim, I have used the home emergency cover. Reviewed on: 19th March 2018

Price reasonable.

Nothing had changed from the previous year,but your representative had to read an exemption clause to me three times before I was happy with the situation.I did renew however exemptions always leave an uneasy feeling that companies are quite prepared to accept your payment but are looking for ways to refuse to pay outin respect of a claim .I would add that I am not in the habit of making claims however the whole purpose of insurance is for security and exemptions and exclusions make one wary.
