Insurance with a smile

Received my home insurance renewal and, as you do, promptly trawled through the compare sites but couldn't better the very competitive price quoted by Policy Expert. I rang to renew and spoke to a very friendly, helpful customer adviser. He certainly knew his stuff and was able to explain to me in plain English some of the more complex statements of my policy. Great customer service
