Excellent service, excellent price

I chose policy expert as they offered me comprehensive building and contents cover at an extremely competitive price. What’s more, this included home emergency and accident cover. I am a first time buyer and I really cannot fault policy expert in any way. The cover is fully explained and easy to understand , and they have made the whole process of acquiring home insurance really easy at a stressful time: I thoroughly recommend them. Great Price and Cover

I found Policy Expert after receiving a letter but then went onto one of the comparison sites and they came up with the best offer. Their website is easy to use and everything was explained very well. Reviewed on: 15th March 2018

Good service so far

They were happy to bring the price down as low as possible to competitors on renewal with added benefits. Kept in contact all year via email which shows me they're in it for their customers as well as just taking our money. Friendly service on the phone which was quick to answer. Haven't had to claim though thankfully so don't know the service when they've got to put their hand in their pocket. Reviewed on: 14th March 2018

ALMOST PERFECT SERVICE

Got renewal notification and compared price on-line. Called Policy Expert who said they could match price which was £24 cheaper. Someone was supposed to call me the following day to take payment but didn't call. Had to call them in the evening to make payment. Reviewed on: 14th March 2018

Was the cheapest quote, now it isn't

Got a great quote for combined contents and buildings insurance when we moved last year. Didn't need to claim so can't really comment on how they handle that process. Renewal came around and I found a cheaper quote elsewhere so moving providers. Reviewed on: 14th March 2018
