EASY TO NAVIGATE

Simple and hassle free

Luckily I've not had to make a claim yet but setting up the policy has been so easy and the price is great too. Communication is great, I have high hopes that if I do need to claim at any point in the future it will be a pain free process. Reviewed on: 27th February 2018

Good value for money

This is my third year wi9th policy expert. I have shopped around each time the policy has been due for renewal and have been unable to find anything else with such value for money. I haven't had to claim, so can't comment on this process, but the cover is very good. Reviewed on: 26th February 2018

After getting my renewal quote from my previous insurance company I was straight on line couldn't believe how cheaper it was with policy expert it was 124 pounds cheaper and all sorted with the touch of a button I will definitely advise my friends to contact policy experts Reviewed on: 25th February 2018

Satisfied so far but no claims made

I have purchased my buildings & contents insurance from Policy Expert on and off for a few years now. I honestly don't know how they would be if I were ever to make a claim so my review is on the purchase and cost of the policy. They matched the renewal price to that of another supplier which was good. Customer service answered the phone quickly and my renewal was dealt with efficiently. Their prices are very keen especially for a first time customer going through Topcashback! So on that information I would recommend Policy Expert. Reviewed on: 25th February 2018

Pretty great all round

No issues really, except that my renewal always returns a more expensive quote than what I was paying - so I just have to get a new one and cancel the last. Renewals could be more competitive to waste less time (the Company's and mine), but it's not a big issue and easy to amend all online. Good experience - which is why I've renewed again and again.
