I am happy with the service provided. The process of setting up and finalizing the insurance was straight forward and easy to understand. The premium price is good for the cover received and my policy documents are easy to understand. My only improvement would be to send policy documents in a zip file on one email for ease of access. I received my home insurance quote as I expected , and then a phone call from Policy Expert , the young lady who spoke to me could not of been more helpful and even discounted my renewel price . A very easy process completed in minutes. Good choices plus offers of extras. Obviously a full review would need experience of a claim (hope not to have one) but happy as can be so far. Would recommend Reviewed on: 3rd February 2018
