New Customer

Home Insurance was due for renewal. I went on Compare the Market website and found Policy Expert was the cheapest quote. I mentioned this to a family member and they also use yourselves for there home insurance. Found website easy to navigate, Reviewed on: 3rd October 2017

Competative Price

No real issues

1st year in own house and they offered the best deal. Shopped around for renewal but still couldn't find anything that offered the cover we needed for a better price. Only issue is premiums went up instead of down for year 2 which I was surprised by. But still a good deal anyway Reviewed on: 3rd October 2017

Too many companies involved!

I've been with Admiral previously, one click and everything is done. With Policy Expert I've already had three separate emails for different parts of the policy and now a fourth email for the direct debit! I'll be going to to Admiral next year. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2017
