Easy renewal

Shopped around comparison sites and Policy Expert beat them hands down. I had a query about Emergency Cover (included when I first switched) and phoned to enquire about cost. Even with that added still the cheapest and the (very nice) chap also found a few pounds more that he could squeeze off the price. More expensive than last year but still the cheapest with Emergency AND included legal costs. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2017

Initially good but.......

Initially saved me a lot of money on house insurance but the premium has been going up by 10% year on year since (i've never made a claim on home insurance). Appears to be the same model as the companies themselves, teaser rates followed by disproportionate increases (blamed on demographic characteristics this time...). Realistic Rates

I auto renewed my policy as the increase was realistic which is very unusual for an insurer. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2017

Simple and straight forward

The product I wanted at a reasonable price. Dealt with on the phone by 'Archie' in a friendly and competent manner.
