Dealt well with a particular query

I chose firstly due to the very competitive price, I then realised my solicitor needed my mortgage advisor to be listed as a named party on the policy, normally this company only do that upon exchange and we were completing and exchanging on the same day. Even though this was not strictly their policy 2 different advisors went directly to the admin team ( I simply had to wait while they walked over) and assure s me they would provide a letter for me. This was emailed to me that night, and when I had a problem opening email I straight away was reassured and the email re sent! Excellent customer service where they feel like a company rather than millions of different offices that you get passed back and for between like some insurance companies! Honest constructive review

Insured my house last year, luckily only had to contact them once and that was because my daughter was going on a school trip which required her to take he Mac book, so phoned Policy Expert up and spoke to a very helpful lady she was both courteous and extremely helpful and I purchased a gadget away from home policy which was incorporated in my house insurance it was reasonably priced and I felt better that my daughters and our gadgets were protected.
