Buildings and contents insurance

Called them up to discuss my renewal quote after going online to check other prices. Spoke to Eugine who was happy to discuss my account. Got the same deal I found online. And still guaranteed for 2 years. Great. Reviewed on: 9th September 2017

Great price, barely increased since last year and the exact level of contents cover wanted

Great clarity over the various covers for valuables, cycles, sheds and external items, so that it was all very clear and exactly the levels of cover we wanted. Upon phoning to check if I could purchase my house insurance policy found online by phone a most pleasant and helpful member of their team called Amy arranged to call me back the next day at a time of my choosing to set up the policy the whole procedure took only 15mins and I was very pleased with the price and service I received Reviewed on: 9th September 2017

This will be my third year with Policy Expert and each time they have been able to give me a good premium including added extras. I always do all the comparisons each year and so far have not found anywhere else to match their price. As long as that continues I will stay with them. Obtaining policy was relatively simple,and no hassle experience.The price was excellent,giving cover needed.One never knows how good a company is until a claim has been dealt with satisfactorily,you can only judge by reading the reviews. Reviewed on: 9th September 2017
