Excellent customer service

I took out home insurance when buying our new house. We subsequently changed the house name, and this has taken time to filter down to various databases. Despite the change not showing up, the customer service team have been so helpful and reassuring, phoning me a few weeks later with an update. Can’t fault them. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2024
