Excellent customer service

Very professional , informative , friendly service , more like a chat over insurance , not the obvious robot following a script , which the young lady was still discreetly doing , my policy documents came through my e mail even before the call had finished . Pleasing

After ringing Policy Expert regarding my renewal, they wanted to please straight away and it showed that they valued me as a customer. I have rang some companies before and they will let you walk away, whereas Policy Expert did everything they could to keep me as a customer by changing my renewal to suit me. Thank you! Got it right first time
