Pleasing

After ringing Policy Expert regarding my renewal, they wanted to please straight away and it showed that they valued me as a customer. I have rang some companies before and they will let you walk away, whereas Policy Expert did everything they could to keep me as a customer by changing my renewal to suit me. Thank you! Got it right first time

Received my annually invite to renew for another year.the price quoted was not very inviting after looking at competitors prices.one phone call sorted that one . not only did they match the competition I got a few extras as well...thats what I would call.. Simple Fast and Cheaper
