Easy to deal with

I had a very expensive claim where my cat was referred to a specialist and everything has gone through claim-wise without a hitch. I haven’t needed to speak to many people but those I have were pleasant and polite. Payments were made to the insurer in a good time Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Great value for money & friendly service

Took out Purely Pets insurance for my Irish Wolfhound after shopping around a bit. Found they offered a really good package for a fair price & monthly payment which was helpful. Had to make a claim in December which was very easy to do and when I called to check on the status the lady was very helpful and explained the process and apologised for the delay due to the Christmas break. Even though it took a little longer my claim was settled and paid into my account without any issues which was great. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

At the height of the pandemic my cat hurt his tail and had to be rushed to the vets. We did the paperwork online and even with their service being slower than normal they were able to sort out the insurance payout quickly and efficiently with no hassle. Having been with other vets before, this is the first time I needed to use the insurance and am so glad that Purely Pets was the company I was with when it happened. Not only that but that are reasonably priced even with the premium package, I am not planning on leaving them any time soon! Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Have had to make a few claims for my Beagle! Each claim was dealt with in a swift manner and I was kept informed throughout. Despite the claims I have made the premiums have remained very competitive. I would have no hesitancy in recommending Purely Pets and in fact already have! Reviewed on: 29th June 2020
