When one of my beloved Cocker Spaniels has to be put to sleep, Purely Pets handled the claim wonderfully and cancelled the remainder of the policy immediately and ensure no further emails/payments ever referenced my wonderful furbaby again. Would recommend all day long. Reviewed on: 24th July 2019
