Account holders can access RBS’ mobile banking app which has a range of money management features and built-in credit score checker. The Select account is compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay and has the option for an arranged overdraft.

Extemely poor customer service and accounts

RBS have done nothing to improve how they represent themselves to their customers. The accounts which they offer are pathetic in comparison to other banks. I have now left the bank due to their poor customer service and the closure of my local branch. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Great Customer service and easy to use online banking

Being a bit of a technophobe banking online using my current account was always a bit daunting. Thanks to the awesome and easy to use app I found it a great way to bank on the go and always be in control of my money and account. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Most banks do not provide a great service so ther isnt much choice

Love my local branch

I like a personal banking service and my local RBS branch, Holt's Farnborough gives me that, they are alwaysfriendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Banks don't get better than this!

Forres Branch of RBS is a small friendly bank, with excellent customer service and helpful staff. Best bank I've ever used. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Closing Local Branches

Have been eith RBS Montrose branch all my adult life. RBS now decide to close my local and many other branches. For this reason I would not recommend them. and am consideting mobing my account Reviewed on: 5th November 2018
