RCI Banking's Excellent Customer Service

Whenever I have dealt with customer service, I have always been very happy. There is always a person who picks up the phone immediately whenever I have needed to call, even though the RCI Bank is completely online banking. A green notice account with competitive interest rates.

This is a 2 week notice account which has a very competitive interest rate. Online use is easy. Also, I like the green credentials of this account which is the main reason I chose it, but the 2-week notice period is fairly close to instant access, with a much better rate, well worth the 14 day wait.
