Best online bank

A good online easy access acccount

A good online easy access acccount. It was reasonably easy to set up. The User Interface is intuitive and easy to manage. However, some key information is not at obvious places like how to transfer money, how to access money in the account. Efficient and effective and usually reasonable interest

Competitive rates and excellent customer service

The interest rates are very competitive for a savings account that doesn't tie your money in (instant access?). The website is useful and online banking is easy with RCI. I also like that i get text messages to confirm they've received my deposits. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022

Very happy with RCI

I'm not very good with online banking but their site is so well-designed and easy to use that even I can manage it. And they increased their interest rates very promptly recently, following the Bank of England. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022
